LUKMI MASALA STUFFED PURI - BREAKFAST FLAT SAMOSA

Ingredients used in LUKMI MASALA STUFFED PURI - BREAKFAST FLAT SAMOSA
• All purpose flour/maida - 3 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - as required.
• Water - as required.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Green chillies (chopped) - 4 numbers.
• Onions (chopped) - 2 numbers.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves - 1 tablespoon.
• Potato ( boiled) - 2 numbers.
• Lemon juice (optional) - 1 tea spoon.
• Ajwain - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Take a bowl add All purpose flour,salt, oil and ajwain mix it to a stiff dough by adding water in small quantities to make a stiff dough.
  • Take a pan add oil, cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste,chopped greenchilies, cashew nuts saute it.
  • Now add turmeric, cumin powder, coriander powder, chilli powder and add some water, coriander leaves saute it and smash the boiled potato and add salt cook it well.
  • In the last add lemon juice (optional) and switch off the flame to cool it.
  • Take the dough, divide into small portions and roll it like small puris.
  • Then cut the puris into 2 equal halves, stuff the potato mixture, seal and deep fry in hot oil.

Now ready to serve the samosas.
