Ingredients used in Mangalore Bajji or Goli Baje or Mangalore Pakoras
• All purpose flour or maida - 2 cup.
• Onion finely chopped - 1 small.
• Buttermilk as required - 3/4 cup.
• Green chilles - 3-4 numbers.
• Coriander leaves finely chopped - 1/2 bunch.
• Baking soda - 1 pinch.
• Oil - 1 to fry.
Method:
?óÔé¼?óCombine together the all purpose flour, onions, chillies, salt, coriander leaves and baking soda along with buttermilk, mix well to form a thick batter ?óÔé¼?óTake a pan and heat oil in it. ?óÔé¼?óMake pakoras and deep fry them.
