Ingredients used in Methi Bath
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Garlic paste - 1 teaspoons.
• Ginger paste - 1 tablespoons.
• Cinnamon, cloves make powder - 4 piece.
• Onion - 1 numbers.
• Green chilli (split cut) - 8 to 10 numbers.
• Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup.
• Methi - 1 bunch.
• Rice - 3 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - 1/4 cup.
• Water - 5.5 cup.
Method:
Heat a pan, add oil, add onion fry till golden brown, add ginger garlic paste, add green chillies, cinnamon and clove powder then turmeric and fry little, then add methi leaves and coriander leaves and fry for 1 min, wash rice and add to this and fry for another min, then add water and salt and cook it in a pressure cooker or normally.
