Ingredients used in mixed veg paratha
• Chilli powder and dhaniya powder - 1/2 tsp grams.
• Chillies(2 ),onion(1 big),mint(1 bunch) - grand all ingredients large.
• Amuchur powder - 1/4 tsp grams.
• Cabbage(grated),panner(grated),potato,beans ,carrot,green peas, - 1/2 cup grams.
• Salt - to taste grams.
• For stuffing maida and atta - lbs.
Method:

first take little oil in the tawa then add grinded masala(onion,mint,chiillies) and then add grated cabbage fry until the raw flavor is goes out and then add all masalas(amchur pow,chilli pow,salt,dhaniya pow)mix well and then add all steamed veggies and panner ,coriander mix well all ingredients and then stuff with a dough and make paratha ,when paratha is done then put some saseme seeds on the top of paratha and then put on a pan make paratha then the paratha is ready.
