Ingredients used in Motichur ke Ladoo ki Kheer
• Motichur ke ladoo - 150 grams.
• Milk - 1 ltr or 1000 ml.
• Sugar - 3 teaspoons.
• Casewnuts (kaju) - 40 grams.
• Charoli ( black chironji) - 1 teaspoons.
• Cardamom (ilaichi) - 2 piece.
• Almonds - 15 grams.
• Raisins (kishmish) or 2 tsp - half small cup.
• Pista - 1 teaspoons.
1.Take Vessel put 1ltr milk into it with ilaichi boil till it becomed a little thick on low flame. 2.After that add motichur Ladoo keep on stove for 10 mins more to boil. 3.Add sugar into it depends on yout toungue taste. 3.Add All dry fruits which should be cut into small pieces. 4.Now it is ready to Serve hot with Poori.
