Ingredients used in Muruku ( Rice and urid)
• Sesame ( black or white ) Tablespoons.
• Butter 1 Tablespoons.
• Salt 2 Teaspoons.
• Urid Flour 50 Grams.
• Rice flour 500 Grams.
• water soaked in asofodita( Kayam) 2 Cup.
How to make the recipe:
Fry the rice flour in a non stick pan for 2 mins till you get nice smell( do not add oil. Fry the Urid frour the same way. (Some stores sell ready made roasted rice flour and roasted urid flour) Add all the ingredients Gently add asofedita water to the mix. Put the dough in Muruku maker, and fry in sunflower oil.
