Ingredients used in Mushroom Honey French Fry Toast
• Eggs - 3 number.
• Mixed herbs - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - pinch.
• Water - 1 tablespoon.
• Bread slices - 3 number.
• Oil - as required.
• Mushroom (chopped) - 1 cup.
• Ginger pieces (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Soya sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Tomato ketchup - 1 tea spoon.
• Pepper powder (crushed) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Honey - cube.
Method:
  • Beat 3 eggs by seasoning with mixed herbs, salt along with water.
  • Now dip bread slices in the beaten egg mixture then fry on both sides by adding oil.
  • Saute chopped mushrooms pieces, ginger in olive oil.
  • Then season it with red chili powder, soya sauce, tomato ketchup, also put pepper powder, and toss well.
  • After that, cut bread to a square shape and serve by topping with mushroom curry and honey.
