Ingredients used in Mushroom Honey French Fry Toast
• Eggs - 3 number.
• Mixed herbs - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - pinch.
• Water - 1 tablespoon.
• Bread slices - 3 number.
• Oil - as required.
• Mushroom (chopped) - 1 cup.
• Ginger pieces (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Soya sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Tomato ketchup - 1 tea spoon.
• Pepper powder (crushed) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Honey - cube.
Method:
Beat 3 eggs by seasoning with mixed herbs, salt along with water. Now dip bread slices in the beaten egg mixture then fry on both sides by adding oil. Saute chopped mushrooms pieces, ginger in olive oil. Then season it with red chili powder, soya sauce, tomato ketchup, also put pepper powder, and toss well.
