bull;Make a paste of chopped mushroom,maida, corn flour ,red chilli powder, salt,azinamoto,ginger garlic paste,curd,garam masala and marinate
for 1 hour.
bull;take small portions of the mushroom batter and deep fry till golden brown. Keep aside.
bull;Heat 1 tbsp oil in another pan and add the chopped chillies, salt to taste, ginger amp; garlic paste, chopped onions to it.
bull;Now, mix azinamoto, soya sauce , tomato sause to it and 1 cup water let it boil.
bull;Add fried mushroom kept aside and mix well. Garnish it with coriander leaves. Serve the mushroom manchurian hot
