Ingredients used in mushroom pakoda
• besan 3 Tablespoons.
• corn flour 1/2 Tablespoons.
• salt To Taste.
• china salt Pinch.
• ginger 1 inch Piece.
• garlic cloves 6 Big.
• green chilly 6 Big.
• mushroom 12 Numbers.
• food color optional .
• oil to deep fry .
How to make the recipe:

Firstly grind ginger,garlic and green chilly to a fine paste using water. Cut mushroom into 4(if small) or 6(if big) pieces. Mix the grind-ed paste,besan,salt,corn flour,china salt and food color using water to make a thick batter. Dip each mushroom and deep fry.
