Ingredients used in mushroom pakoda
• Besan - 3 tablespoons.
• Corn flour - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• China salt - pinch.
• Ginger - 1 inch piece.
• Garlic cloves - 6 big.
• Green chilly - 6 big.
• Mushroom - 12 numbers.
• Food color - optional .
• Oil - to deep fry .

Firstly grind ginger,garlic and green chilly to a fine paste using water. Cut mushroom into 4(if small) or 6(if big) pieces. Mix the grind-ed paste,besan,salt,corn flour,china salt and food color using water to make a thick batter. Dip each mushroom and deep fry.
