Ingredients of Mushroom peas pulao

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
mushrooms  200 Grams
green peas  50 Grams
green chillies  3 Numbers
mint,corrionder  1 each Bunch
ginger ,garlic paste  1 Tablespoons
ghee  100 Grams
Cardamom  1 Numbers
Cinnamon  1/2 inch
Cloves  2 Numbers
basmathi rice  1 Cup
water  1& 1/2 Cup
Chopped onions  1/2 Cup


Directions
Take a kadai pour some ghee add Cardamom,cloves,cinnamon after few seconds add onions when they turn brown add ginger garlic paste . In the mean time make a paste with mint,corrionder and green chillies. Add the paste into the kadai saute for few mins until the raw smell change , when oil comes out from them add chopped mushrooms and green peas saute for few mins then switch off the flame and take the kadai keep it aside. In another pan pour some ghee add the rice and fry for few seconds. Now , in a cooking vessel add all the above together ( Rice and the mixer) add salt and water put it in a pressure cooker to cook. One vissil is enough to cook. Take the rice out mix well and eat with raita.
