Ingredients used in MUSHROOMS PEAS AND SPRING ONIONS
• MUSHROOMS 1 BIG Cup.
• PEAS 1 Cup.
• CORIANDER POWDER 1 Teaspoons.
• CUMIN POWDER 1 Teaspoons.
• CHILLY POWDER 1 Tablespoons.
• SPRING ONIONS 1/2 Cup.
• CASHEWNUT PASTE 4 Tablespoons.
• TOMATO PUREES 1 Cup.
• TURMARIC 1/4 Teaspoons.
• SALT To Taste.
• GREEN CHILLY 3 Numbers.
• GINGER GARLIC PASTE 1 Teaspoons.
• CHOPPED ONION 1 Cup.
• BLACK CUMIN (SHAHI JEERA) 1 Teaspoons.
• OIL 2 Tablespoons.
• CREAM 2 Tablespoons.
How to make the recipe:
  1. In a hot pan heat some oil add some black cumin and chopped onions and some salt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric ,tomato puree cook it for some time add cashew nut paste, chilly powder, cumin powder, coriander powder add some water, add mushrooms let them cook it for some time,
  2. add green peas, cut green chilies, add cream (optional) if you want skip the cream also fine.
  3. Let it boil for 2 minutes, add garam masala powder, spring onions, and switch of the flame.
