Ingredients used in Mutton Kari Kulambu
• Oil - as required.
• Curry masala - 2 teaspoons.
• Clove powder or clove - 1 tea spoon.
• Garlic - 10 cloves.
• Muttton - 1 pound.
• Chilli powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • Cut mutton or goat meat into small pieces and then in a cooker add the meat ,1 cup water, curry masala, salt, chilli powder if needed and salt.
  • Pressure cook the meat till it is soft.
  • In a kadai add oil, garlic paste and clove powder.
  • Saute it and add the meat with all the juices.
  • Now let them stay on heat till it becomes a gravy consistency.

Eat with hot rice.
