Ingredients used in Mutton Kola Urundai
• Shreaded coconuts - 1 tablespoon.
• Curryleaves - 1 spring.
• Fennel seed - 1 tablespoon.
• Cinnamon - 1 small.
• Garlic - 5-6 cloves.
• Onions - 1 cup.
• Green or red chilles - 7-10 number.
• Smashed mutton - 500 grams.
• Fried channa dal - 2 tablespoons.
• Oil - as required.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
In a pan pour little oil put thefennel seeds,cinnamon, chopped onions, chilles garlic, coconuts fry them finely. In a blender put the meat, fried channa dal, and the sauted mixer, salt, grain them with very very less amount of water. The mixer should be thick thats how you can make it into balls like koftas. Deep fry them in the oil. Heat is suppose to be low medium.
