Ingredients used in Mutton Kola Urundai
• Shreaded coconuts - 1 tablespoon.
• Curryleaves - 1 spring.
• Fennel seed - 1 tablespoon.
• Cinnamon - 1 small.
• Garlic - 5-6 cloves.
• Onions - 1 cup.
• Green or red chilles - 7-10 number.
• Smashed mutton - 500 grams.
• Fried channa dal - 2 tablespoons.
• Oil - as required.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • In a pan pour little oil put thefennel seeds,cinnamon, chopped onions, chilles garlic, coconuts fry them finely.
  • In a blender put the meat, fried channa dal, and the sauted mixer, salt, grain them with very very less amount of water.
  • The mixer should be thick thats how you can make it into balls like koftas.
  • Deep fry them in the oil.
  • Heat is suppose to be low medium.
