Ingredients used in Mutton Curry
• Mutton - 500 grams.
• Red chillies - 8 numbers.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Garlic flower - 1 number.
• Coriander seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Onions - 2 numbers.
• Oil - 1/2 cup.
• Potatoes - 4 numbers.
• Peanuts seeds - 1/2 cup.
• Boiled egg - 4 numbers.
• Tomato - 4 numbers.
• Vinegar - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • Grind the cumin seeds, coriander seeds, garlic with vinegar.
  • Chop the oinon. Take out the potato skin and cut it into 4 pieces.
  • Take out the skin from the eggs and cut into 4 pieces.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and fry it.Add spices, mutton and tomato to it. Fry it.
  • When oil comes out of mutton add warm water to it.
  • After mutton is cooked, add potatoes and peanut seeds.
  • When cooked add the boiled eggs and remove from flame.

can we cook the mutton in the cooker & later add it while sauteing tomatoes & onions. Do u think this gives a better taste than adding the mutton together...
