Ingredients used in Mutton dalcha
• Tamarind juice - 10 grams.
• Onion (chopped) - 2 numbers.
• Green chillies - 4 numbers.
• Dal (boiled) - 100 grams.
• Mutton - 500 grams.
• Bottlegourd - 1 number.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1/2 bunch.
Method:
  • First clean the mutton and cut them into small pieces after that cut the bottle gourd into little bigger pieces and cook them in a cooker till the meat becomes slightly tender.
  • In apan sought the onions till it becomes slightly brown and after getting little brown add ginger garlic paste and little turmeric powder, green chilli, red chilli powder,cumin powder andcoriander powder and cook it.
  • Now put the cooked mutton bottle gourd to that mixture after some time add boiled dal to the mutton and simmer the flame after that put the tamarind juice to the mixtue and add some salt and cook it in a small flame.
  • Cook it atleast half an hour in the end add garam masala powder, pepper powder, chopped coriander leaves.

Serve it.
