Ingredients used in Mutton Kabab
• Mutton - 250 grams.
• Chana dal(soaked 15 min) - 200 grams.
• Dry red chilly - 6 numbers.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon.
• Curry leaves - 1 spring.
• Coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Water - 1 cup.
• Egg - 1 number.
• Oil - to fry.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • Take the cooker and add mutton, chana dal, red chilly, cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves, curry leaves, salt, water and pressure cook for 4 whistles.
  • Then drain the water and transfer into the mixie jar and blend it and take them into a plate.
  • Then make the small balls and press it slightly using hand to give a kabab shape and keep in the refrigerator.
  • When every required dip kabab in the beaten egg and deep fry in hot oil.

Now all time favorite dish is ready to serve.
