Ingredients used in Mutton Raj Special
• Olive oil - 4 teaspoons.
• Tomotao - 1/2 number.
• Ginger - 1 small.
• Garlic (chopped) - 6 cloves.
• Onion - 2 numbers.
• Mutton - 2 lbs.
• Salt - to taste.
• Shaan meat masala - 1 tablespoon.
• Yogurt - 1 cup.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1/2 bunch.
• Water - as required.
• Green chillies - 3 numbers.
Method:
  • Take a Pressure cooker wash the meat and drain the water and put in the cooker add oil, garlic paste or chopped garlic, grated ginger, green chillies, 1/2 packet Shaan meat masala, salt as Shaan masala has salt, chopped onions , plain yogurt and mix it well.
  • Switch on the flame Stir the whole thing every 5-10 mins All the onions will dissolve and when the meat is fully cooked add coarriander leaves.
