Ingredients used in Noodle cutlet
• Chilli powder - to taste.
• Garam masala - to taste.
• Salt to taste - to taste.
• Nuts(optional) - tablespoons.
• Grated carrot - 1 cup.
• Gobi small pieces - 1/2 cup.
• Cabbage (optional) - 1/2 cup.
• Corns - 2 tablespoons.
• Green peas frozen - 2 tablespoons.
• Boiled noodles - 1 numbers.
• Cheese - to taste.
• Potato - 1 .
• Cornflour - 1 cup.
• Breadcrumps powder - .
Method:
take one bowl amp;boiled noodles.add one by one vegetables , and take boiled potato and smash it.mix it into the noodles, after that you can add salt ,chilli powder,garam masala. mix it all those ingredients with cornflour and make a dough like chapathi. take small amount of dough and press it into the cutlets.dip these cutlets with breadcrumps powder. after that take a pan and put 1 spoon oil and fry the cutlets till golden brown. serve with ketchup.
