Dragon Fruit Shake:
- Cut dragon fruit into 4 equal halves, peel and keep aside.
- Take dragon fruit pieces, ginger juice, ice cubes, honey and milk in to blender and blend it to a thick juice.
Dragon fruit shake is now ready to serve.
Preparation of Nuvula Paneer:
- In a bowl, add all-purpose flour, soda, chopped garlic, red chili flakes, cumin powder, coriander powder, sesame seeds, salt, mix well by adding water in small quantities to prepare a thick batter.
- Dip paneer pieces in the prepared batter and deep fry in hot oil till light brown.
Nuvula paneer is now ready to serve.
