Ingredients used in Nuvula Paneer Dragon Fruit Shake
• Dragon fruit - 1 number.
• Ginger juice - 1 tablespoon.
• Ice cubes - 4 number.
• Honey - 1 tablespoon.
• Milk - 1 cup.
• All-purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Baking soda - pinch.
• Garlic (chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Red chili flakes - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Sesame seeds/nuvulu - 1 tablespoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Paneer (cubes) - 100 grams.
• Water - as required.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:

Dragon Fruit Shake:

  • Cut dragon fruit into 4 equal halves, peel and keep aside.
  • Take dragon fruit pieces, ginger juice, ice cubes, honey and milk in to blender and blend it to a thick juice.

Dragon fruit shake is now ready to serve.

Preparation of Nuvula Paneer:

  • In a bowl, add all-purpose flour, soda, chopped garlic, red chili flakes, cumin powder, coriander powder, sesame seeds, salt, mix well by adding water in small quantities to prepare a thick batter.
  • Dip paneer pieces in the prepared batter and deep fry in hot oil till light brown.

Nuvula paneer is now ready to serve.
