Ingredients used in Oatmeal Chocolate truffle
• Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoons.
• Cocoa powder - 1/4 tablespoons.
• Broken buts - 2 tablespoons.
• Sugar - 1/4 cup.
• Coffee decortion - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Condensed milk (optional) - 1 tablespoons.
• Butter - 1/4 cup.
• Oatmeal - 1 cup.
• Brown sugar (flavouring) - 1 tablespoons.
• Cinammon powder (flavouring) - 1 tablespoons.
• Choco chips (flavouring) - 1 tablespoons.
Method:
Roast Oats in a wok with little say 2 drops of butter till it turns brown. Transfer content into a bowl. In the same wok add butter, cocoa, sugar, essence, nuts and decortion and stir till the butter melts and all ingredients are well combined. Now add the roasted oats , condensed milk nd Vanilla and mix well till the mix forms a thick dough. Remove from heat and allow it to cool for 5 mins. Now roll them into small balls and dip them in various flavourings and refrigerate for 2 hours. Then serve.
