Ingredients used in omelett with a mix of western style
• Salt - to taste.
• Pepper powder - to taste.
• Coriander powder - to taste.
• Cumin powder - to taste.
• Chilli powder - to taste.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoons.
• Onion small - 1 numbers.
• Milk - 6 tablespoons.
• Eggs - 4 numbers.
• Green chillies - 1 numbers.
• Oil - to fry.
break eggs in a bowl, add milk and whisk it (mix properly / beat) leave it for 2 minutes, add ginger garlic paste, cumin powder,chilli powder,coriander powder, pepper powder, salt and mix properly. taka a pan, pour some oil, pour the required amount of mixture into it. sprinkle onions, chillies on it. wait until it#39;s cooked and serve. difference between this and our normal omelett is it becomes fluffy when we add milk.
