Ingredients used in palak pulav
• Salt - 1 to taste.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Onion sliced - numbers.
• Chilli - 5 numbers.
• Rice - 2 cup.
• Palak - 1 bunch.
• Lemon juice - 1 teaspoons.
• Turmeric - pinch.
• Cauluflower, peas, potato (optional) - 1 cup.
• Oil - 1 tablespoons.
Take a bunch of palak, ginger garlic paste, green chillis, Grind it in a blender. Take a kadai , put oil and add onions, Once onions are heated add the palak paste till its raw smell goes, add vegetables,turmeric and salt, wait till its starts cooking add 4 cups of water and add the soaked rice when water is boiling . sim the stove till rice is cooked, Once rice is cooked add lemon juice . and decorate rice with tomatos .
