Ingredients used in palak sabji
• Red chili powder - up to your taste small.
• Oil - 4 to 5 tbsp small.
• Water - 500 ml.
• Gul - 1/2 cup 120 ml.
• Garam masala - 1tbsp small.
• Coriander powder - 2tbsp small.
• Gram flour roasted - 2 tbsp small.
• Tomato - 1 large large.
• Moong dal - 1/4 cup 60 ml.
• Chana dal - 1/8h cup 30 ml.
• Spinach - 1 bounch leaf.
• Salt - 2 and half tbsp small.
• Turmuric - half tbsp small.
Method:
take a pot add 4 to 6 cups of water then add ,spinach leave#39;s ,cut tomato in regular small size ,chana dal ,moong dal and boil it for 15 min then cool it and blend it in mixi just for half min dont make it in to smooth paste keep it little bit thick. Then take kadai and heat oil than add cumin seed#39;s ,ginger garlic paste make it cook ,add garam masala ,turmeric powder ,add coriander powder , red chili powder,salt up to your taste,add gul and pea nut#39;s ,add your spinach mixture,roasted gram flour,and boil it for 5 min .serve hot with chapati or rice.
