Ingredients used in PALAK VADA
• Fresh cream - 1 tablespoon.
• Chopped corriander leaves - 2 tablespoons.
• Chopped ginger and garlic - 2 tablespoons.
• Green chilli chopped - 4 numbers.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Semolina - 2 tablespoons.
• Besan - 2 tablespoons.
• Wheat flour - 4 tablespoons.
• Spinach leaves - 4 to 5 cups.
• Soda bi-carbonate - pinch.
• Lemon juice optional - 1 tablespoon.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Mix well and knead into a soft dough using water.
  • Divide the dough into portions and make it rounds and fry them till brown in colour and serve.
