Ingredients used in SINDHI KOKI
• Wheat flour - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Red chili powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Carom seeds - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Onion(chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Green chillies(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Ghee - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Take a bowl and add wheat flour, salt, red chilI powder, carom seeds, onion, green chillies, coriander leaves, oil and mix it.
  • Add water and make soft dough, add little oil and knead again.
  • Divide dough into small portions and roll into small thick koki.
  • Cut it lightly with knife like as shown in video.
  • Heat tawa with little ghee and Place koki and cook it on both sides.

Now sindhi koki is ready to serve with yogurt.
