Ingredients used in Palakayalu
• Salt - .5 teaspoons.
• Butter - 10 grams.
• Chilli powder - 10 grams.
• Cumin seeds - 10 grams.
• Rice flour - 150 grams.
• Sunflower oil - 250 grams.
Method:
Add Rice flour, Cumin seeds, chilli powder, butter and salt and mix it well. Add little water to make nice dough. Dough should not be very soft. Keep it aside for 10 minutes covered. Now make the dough into little smaller than olive sized balls and put them in a plate, let it dry for a moment. Once all balls are made fry them in oil until it gets nice color. This food can be stored and kids will love it. Dear Sanjay, please narrate the same in your words to make this better. Thanks.
