• Maida - 2 cup.
• Oil to fry - .
Method:
1. Take 2 cups of maida, add a tea spoon of ghee or butter, and add water to make a dough of maida just like our chapathi dough 2. 2. keep it aside foe 15 min 3. take a thick bottomed vessel put 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water to swith on the stove to make a thick syruph ( if you put a drop of sugar syruph in a bowl , the syruph should not mix with water, it is an indiation to say that syruph is thick) it takes 20 to 25 min to prepare this 4. With the dough make a small balls and roll it like a puri and cut the rolled dough in the middle leaving the ends , like a parallel lines, and roll it holding the uncut edges, and press the edges. 5.heat the oil and fry the dough, once it gets fried put that in a syruph and take it out, cool it and eat, its a yummy panasa tonalu
