Ingredients used in Paneer Burji
• Onion (chopped) - 2 large.
• Tomatoes (chopped) - 2 oz.
• Green chilies (chopped) - 3 oz.
• Curry leaves - 6 leaf.
• Turmeric powder - 1 pinch.
• Garam masala - 1 teaspoons.
• Jeera - dhaniya/coriander-cumin powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Red chili powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Salt - 1 to taste.
• Paneer (crumbled) - 150 grams.
• Fresh coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 springs.
• Butter - as required.
• Fresh cream - as required.
Method:
  • Fry the onions in the butter along with the curry leaves, till golden brown.
  • Add the chopped tomatoes to it and fry for few minutes.
  • Then add turmeric, jeera-dhaniya powder, chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
  • In the same pan, add the paneer and stir fry for a minute.
  • At last, mix in the fresh cream and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

Tastes yummy with Roti/Naan, or even with Bread.
