Paneer Tikka Masala recipe is among the favorite dishes you'll find in a lot of the Indian restaurant menu.

In this recipe paneer (cottage cheese) is marinated within a yogurt mixture and after that cooked in a spicy and creamy gravy. Make it for an occasion or even a family get together and win people's heart.

Paneer tikka masala goes best with naan (plain or butter) as well as with tandoori rotis. While you’re preparing it just on your own, I would personally prefer hot phulkas or some Jeera rice.

This Paneer Tikka Masala Recipe with cream is intended for those who have strong heart. Mainly because it has cream and butter so people who have high-cholesterol be cautious when preparing this dish. If using cream is not possible, don't get worried use cashew paste or hung yogurt rather than cream which is quite a smaller amount in calories and cholesterol.

Methods to prepare Paneer Tikka Masala:

There are two sections to this recipe -

The paneer tikka and the masala, which is curry portion of it. For making paneer tikka, we marinate the paneer pieces with yogurt and a few spices after which pan roast them just before placing them inside the gravy. Onions and tomatoes are cooked properly and after that pureed for the masala. And then finally the paneer pieces are put into the masala and offered hot.
