Ingredients used in Parippu vada ( dall vada)
• Chilli powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Green chilli( chopped) - 2 or 3 numbers.
• Curry leaves( chopped) - 10 numbers.
• Ginger( chopped) - 1 piece.
• Onion ( chopped) - 1 numbers.
• Chana dall - 2 cup.
• Salt - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Asafotida - 1 pinch.
• Oil for frying - 4 cup.
Method:
1.Soak the dall in warm water for 2hrs 2. Grind the dall to make a paste ( Do not add water while grinding) 3.Add onion,ginger,curry leaves,green cilli,salt,asafotida to the paste and mix it well 4.wet your hands and make balls off the paste and make patties 5. heat the oil and fry the patties till golden brown
