Ingredients used in PEANUT CHIKKI
• Ghee - 1 tablespoon.
• Sugar - 1 cup.
• Ground nut(roasted) - 1 cup.
Method:
Heat ghee in a pan and add sugar and saute it until the sugar is caramelised and ghee separates from sugar syrup. To it add roasted ground nuts and mix nicely until thread are formed. Transfer it into greased mould and keep aside for 5 minutes. Demould it and roll it slightly later cut into different shapes. *Now the peanut chikki is ready to serve.*
