Ingredients used in Peanut chutney
• Mustard seeds - 1 tablespoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tablespoons.
• Red chilli - 4 numbers.
• Garlic - 2 clove.
• Tamarind - 1 cup.
• Peanut - 1 cup.
• Curry leaves - 1 stricks.
• Oil - 1 tablespoons.
Method:
1. Fry Peanuts in a pan without Oil 2. After the peanuts are fried , remove the cover of it. 3. Heat little oil in a pan and fry the red chillies and cumin seeds 4.Put the peanuts , fried red chiilies , fried cumin seeds , garlic and tamarind juice in the mixer, add salt to this mixture 5. Make a paste out of it. 6.In a pan put a little oil and put some mustard seeds and curry leaves , leave it to cool and then add the peanut chutney. 7. Ready to serve. Eat this chutney with Dosa, idli.
