Ingredients used in PEANUT CHUTNEY
• Oil - as required.
• Green chilli - 5-6 numbers.
• Garlic - 4 cloves.
• Tamarind - 1 tablespoon.
• Onion - 1 number.
• Tomato - 1 number.
• Roasted peanuts - 1 cup.
• Urad dal - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Coriander - 1 spring.
Method:
  • Put 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and add urad dal.
  • Then add greenchilli, onion, tomato, tamarind and garlic all together and shallow fry for sometime till onion is transparent. after cools down blend the mixture with roasted peanuts, coriander and salt with little water. tates great with dosa, idli and even with chapati
