Ingredients used in pesarabeyam rotti
• Water - 4 to 5 cups cup.
• Green chilles - 7 to 8 large.
• Uraddal - 1 sp teaspoons.
• Cummin seeds - 1 sp teaspoons.
• Rice - 2 cups cup.
• Green gram - 1 cup cup.
• Oil - 100 grms grams.
• Hing - pinch pinch.
• Salt - taste to taste.
Method:
For this preparation we need the both flour amp; rava . we have take green gram amp;rice togrther make flour (1cup green gram 2cup of rice)amp; rava (1cup of green gram amp; 2 cup rice)make it seperately and keep it aside. Heat the pan add cummin seeds, next add HIng its optional,add urad dal and green chilles. then add water when the water boiling add salt add the mixture of the flour(1cup)amp;rava (1/2cup).to the water and mix well switch off the flame and put a lid for 5min.THE MIXTURE SHOULD BE HARD TO TAKE IN HAND AND ABLE TO APPLY IN THE TAVA. Take a tava put 1tsp of oil take take the mixture and spread on tava it should fry on the both sides on the slow flame. I tcan sreve with any chutney .
