Ingredients used in Plain Lassi (Yogurt Smoothie or Shake)
• Yogurt - 2 cup.
• Water - 1 cup.
• Sugar (or to taste) - 8 tablespoons.
Method:
  • Pour a cup of water with yoghurt then add sugar.
  • Beat/churn yoghurt till it becomes smooth (till it is frothy).

Serve chilled.
