- Take a boiled beetroot, peel the skin and cut into diced pieces.
- Take a bowl, add hung yogurt, sugar, salt, pepper powder and whisk it.
- Then add oil, lime juice and whisk it again.
- To it add beetroot, paneer cubes, onions, spring onion and mix it. (Optional: you can also add green chilies)
- For serving, take a plate, add lettuce as a base, serve beetroot mixture over it.
- Garnish with spring onions green part.
Now the Boiled Beetroot Salad is ready to serve.
