Ingredients used in poha chivda
• Hing - 1 teaspoons.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Curry leaves - 15-20 numbers.
• Khopra(coconut) slice - 1 tablespoons.
• Roasted chana - 1 tablespoons.
• Pea nut - 1 tablespoons.
• Green chilli - 3 numbers.
• Thin or paper poha - 4 cup.
• Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Mustard seed - 2 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Sugar - 2 teaspoons.
Method:
Dry roast poha,till it#39;s became crispy.keep aside. In a big vessele heat oil add mustard seed,when they start poping, add green chilli,fry on low flame. Add peanutamp;curry leaves,fry for few second,add turmeric powder,hing. Now add pohaamp;chana,mix well. Mix saltamp;sugar,according to your taste,keep on low flame for some time. Let cool on rom temperature, store in an airtight container. Serve with tea.
