Ingredients used in Polish Eggs In Shells
• Eggs hard boiled - 4 numbers.
• Parsley - 1/2 bunch.
• Butter - 3 tablespoons.
• Salt and paprika - to taste.
• Muenster cheese - 1/4 cup.
Method:

1.cut the eggs with the shells into halves with a sharp knife.

2.scoop the eggs out keep the shells aside.

3.mash the eggs add the parsley butter and the seasoning mix well.

4.refill the empty egg shells with the egg mixture sprinkle the cheese on top.

5.bake the eggs in a preheated oven for 10 minutes at 205 degree c (400 f).

6.serve hot as a starter or with the main course.
