Ingredients used in Prawns Head Pakodi
• Prawn heads - 1 cup.
• Onions (chopped) - 1 cup.
• Curry leaves - 2 sticks.
• Chickpea flour - 3 tablespoons.
• Rice flour - 1 tablespoon.
• Baking soda - 1 tea spoon.
• Green chilies (chopped) - 4 no.
• Ajwain - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon.
• Lemon juice - 1 tea spoon.
• Water - as required.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Prepare a thick batter of chickpea flour, rice flour, baking soda, oil (1 teaspoon), salt, ajwain, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste.
  • Deep fryprawn heads by dipping them in the preparedbatter.
  • Use same oil to fry chopped onion, green chilies, curry leaves, transfer to plate add red chili powder, salt, lemon juice and mix well.
  • Also transfer fried prawn heads to the above plate.

Crispy and yummy Prawns Head Pakodi is now ready to serve.
