Ingredients used in Tandoori Fish
• White fish fillets (cut into 2" * 3" pieces) - 2 lbs.
• Vinegar - (1/3) cup.
• Chopped fresh ginger - 1 tablespoon.
• Chopped garlic cloves - 4 number.
• Ground cayenne pepper - 1 tablespoon.
• Ground coriander seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Ground cumin seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Make a paste of the vinegar, chopped ginger, garlic, grounded coriander, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt and oil in a blender.
  • Marinate the fish pieces in the paste for 4 hours in the refrigerator.
  • Turn the oven on to broil at the highest point.
  • Place the fish pieces on a baking tray and broil for about 10 minutes.
  • Turnover on the other side and broil for about 7 minutes again.

Note: Broiling time may differ depending on the thickness of the fillets.

Tasty Tandoori fish fry is ready to serve.
