Ingredients used in Akkai Roti
• Green chillies - 3 numbers.
• Coriander leaves - to taste.
• Onion - 2 numbers.
• Rice flour - 2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Sugar - 1 teaspoons.
Method:
Chop the onions, green chilies, coriander leaves finely and mix it in a bowl. Now add sugar, salt, mix it thoroughly leave for a minute then add the rice flour mix it. Add extra water if required, mix it to the chapathi dough consistency, it should not be sticky. Now on a butter sheet or a plastic sheet, apply little oil and spread the dough in round shape like chapathi with hands itself. At last fry this like chapathis with little oil on both sides. Serve hot with any chutney
