Ingredients used in ALOO PURI
• Maize flour - 1 tea spoon.
• Ragi flour - 1 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Potato - 2 numbers.
• Garam masala - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Wheat flour - 1/4 cup.
• All purpose flour - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - as required.
• Chilli powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
Method:
  • In a bowl add boiled and mashed potato, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, salt, wheat flour, all purpose flour, maize flour, ragi flour and add required water make it into a stiff dough.
  • Divide the dough into equal portions and roll it like a small puri and deep fry in the hot oil.

Serve it hot.

ma'm can put up the recipe for potato curry that is served with pooris in restaurants. its usually sticky and not like a dry potato curry. looking for a way to make it restaurant style for a long time?
