Ingredients used in BANANA HOMEMADE BISCUITS
• Banana - 2 number.
• Egg - 1 number.
• Vanilla essence - 1 tea spoon.
• Butter - 1 tablespoon.
• Sooji/semolina - 1/2 cup.
• All purpose flour - 2 cups.
• Powdered sugar or sugar - 1 cup.
• Almonds - 1/4 cup.
• Cashew nuts - 1/4 cup.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
Take banana’s and mash it with a masher. Now, add egg, vanilla essence, butter, sooji, all purpose flour, powdered sugar, half the amount of almonds and cashew nuts and mix it nicely. Make a soft dough and with a small portion of it start rolling it. Cut into different shapes-star, round, diamond with the moulds or cutter you have, just dip the mould in flour and cut so that the dough won’t stick. Deep fry them in hot oil and take them on tissue paper, once they turn golden brown. Now dust some sugar powder on it and enjoy.
