Ingredients used in Breaded Chicken Breast
• Chicken breasts - 4 numbers.
• Garlic powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Commercial ranch style salad dressing - 1/4 cup.
• Seasoned bread crumbs - 1/4 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Savory - half tea spoon.
Method:
  • Arrange chicken with thickset portion to outside in a shallow 10 inch round baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with garlic powder and salt and savory
  • Brush each side of breasts with dressing and dredge in bread crumbs. Cover with wax paper.
  • Microwave at high for 15 minutes or until chicken is tender; giving dish a quarter turn at 5 minutes intervals. Serve immediately.

Serve hot.
