Ingredients used in CHEESE BALLS
• Bell pepper(chopped) - 2 tablespoons.
• Parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons.
• Onions(chopped) - 1 number.
• Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup.
• Cheese - 1/2 cup.
• Egg - 3 numbers.
• All purpose flour - 100 grams.
• Butter - 80 grams.
• Thyme - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Water - 160 ml.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
  • To make a choux pastry: Take a pan add water, butter, and mix it, come to a boil reduce the flame and add flour mix it and switch off the flame.
  • In this add eggs and mix it well, add cheese, parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, chopped bell pepper, finely chopped onions, thyme, salt, mix this well.
  • Take this batter in one spoon and drop like a small dumpling in hot oil at 170 C and deep fry till golden color.

Serve this hot with your favorite sauce.

Looks amaizing .. The same dough ( untill the egg stage ) we fry it in our country and then drop in in suger syrup and then put some powder pistaco on it its really amaizng u sould try it :)
