Cheese Chicken Ball is a recipe which you can prepare in a bulk and freeze. So you can fry them whenever needed. If you are a vegetarian, skip the chicken and add any veggies you like, chop them finely and use.

Ingredients used in CHEESE CHICKEN BALLS
• Chicken breast pieces - 2 no.
• Creamy cheese - 2 teaspoons.
• Mozzarella cheese - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili flakes - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Dill leaves(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - to fry.
• Water - 0.
Method:
Take chicken breast pieces and brane it in salt water and slice into thin sheet and keep aside. Take a bowl, add creamy cheese, mozzarella cheese, red chili flakes, dill leaves, coriander leaves, salt and mix nicely. Take a chopping board place chicken slices spread cheese mixture and roll it place toothpick like as shown in video and keep aside or place chicken roll in polythene sheet and wrap and keep in refrigerator for 15-20 minutes. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry chicken rolls and transfer into paper towel. Now Cheese Chicken Balls are ready to serve with any dipping sauce.
