Ingredients used in CHICKEN GOLD COIN
• Bread - 10 slice.
• Chicken mince - 1/2 cup.
• Garlic (finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Green chilies (finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves (finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Corn flour - 1 teaspoons.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
Take a bread and cut into roundels. In a bowl and add chicken mince, garlic, green chilies, coriander leaves, red chili powder, salt, and mix nicely. Take small dumpling, place on top of bread then place another bread and press it. In another bowl, add corn flour along with little water and make a thin slurry. Dip stuffed chicken in corn slurry and deep fry in oil. Later, transfer to paper towel and allow it to rest for some more time. Now chicken gold coin is ready to serve.
