CURRY LEAVES CHUTNEY

Ingredients used in CURRY LEAVES CHUTNEY
• Black urad dal - 1 teaspoons.
• Coriander leaves - 1/4 bunch.
• Dry red chillies - 6 numbers.
• Tamarind - 2 piece.
• Curry leaves - 1 cup.
• Salt - 0 to taste.
• Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Urad dal - 1 teaspoons.
• Chana dal - 1 teaspoons.
• Dry red chillies - 2 numbers.
• Oil - 1 tablespoons.
Method:

1. Take a pan and add black urad dal and saute it. 2. Add coriander leaves, dry red chillies, tamarind and saute it and keep aside. 3. Take the mixie jar and add dry roasted mixture, curry leaves, salt, little water and blend it into a smooth paste. 4. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, chana dal, dry red chillies and saute it. 5. Then add blended paste and mix thoroughly. 6. Now the curry leaves chutney is ready to serve with rice, roti, pulka.
